DCK Services was founded upon the need to meet the demand for quality customer service and compliance with regulations at the Local, State and Federal levels. The water cycle can create a complex set of issues and it is DCK Services aim to best assist our customers in meeting environmental requirements.

 DCK Services was established in 2008. The founders had over 80 years of water and wastewater experience between them upon startup of the company.
The operations staff is authorized to operate any water plant within New York, Massachusetts, Vermont and Maine. The wastewater staff is capable of operating any plant in New York. We have an established track record for "on time and on budget" work. DCK Services also holds safety to be of great importance.

Don Coalts
 His career in this field 
began in 1969 as a lab technician
for the City of Troy. He has worked 
his way up through the ranks and his
experience covers water, wastewater, project planning, budgeting

(on-time and within dollar guidelines), emergency preparation (including SEMO training), inventory control and recordkeeping (International Experience with a project in Barbados), and contract negotiations. Don takes a serious look at safety in each of the DCK Services LLC projects.
Safety is a key component of each job and the safe approach is always included in each and every SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) used by DCK Services personnel. Don takes a "hands on" approach to his projects and works hard to see each and every project brought to a successul conclusion.
He enjoys a good working relationship with the regulatory agencies and tries to always be available for his customers. He holds an AAS from Hudson Valley Community College in Envrionmental Sciences and a BS from Empire State College in Business Management (with emphasis on Project Management).
