Don Coalts
 His career in this field
began in 1969 as a lab technician
for the City of Troy. He has worked
his way up through the ranks and his
experience covers water, wastewater, project planning, budgeting

(on-time and within dollar guidelines), emergency preparation (including SEMO training), inventory control and recordkeeping (International Experience with a project in Barbados), and contract negotiations. Don takes a serious look at safety in each of the DCK Services LLC projects.
Safety is a key component of each job and the safe approach is always included in each and every SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) used by DCK Services personnel. Don takes a "hands on" approach to his projects and works hard to see each and every project brought to a successul conclusion.
He enjoys a good working relationship with the regulatory agencies and tries to always be available for his customers. He holds an AAS from Hudson Valley Community College in Envrionmental Sciences and a BS from Empire State College in Business Management (with emphasis on Project Management).
